When you are fasting and keep extending your fast time, you start getting benefits like better weight management, increased brainpower and energy throughout the day. Those who have been following this method, they say that intermittent fasting is very easy to follow. When you are fasting, you have to eat within a window of 8 to 10 hours and fast for the rest of the time. A simple IF plan may look like
- No Breakfast
- Have your first meal around noon.
- Have dinner before 8 pm
- No food after 8 pm
- Repeat the same plan for the next day.
